1. Occupancy: Only registered guests and pets are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests will be permitted and will result in immediate departure with no refund. 2. Identity Verification: To help combat unauthorized and potential fraudulent bookings, hosts will be required to undergo verification through a 3rd party provided through hospitable. 3. Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM outdoors. Please keep voices low and take all socializing inside after this time. 4. Cleanliness: Please help keep the home clean and tidy. 5. Security Deposit / Damages: All bookings require a $250 refundable security deposit through Hospitable. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items and could result in failure to be refunded of the security deposit. 6. Maintenance: Please inform the host in the event that anything breaks or isn't functioning properly, and we will do our best to address it during your stay. 7. Safety: Lock doors and windows when leaving. For safety and security of our guests and property we have 3 external security cameras located at the back, front, and driveway. 8. Parking in driveway and carport only. 9. Illegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited. 10. Fire Prevention: Do not smoke or use candles indoors, and be sure to turn off the stove, coffee maker, and toaster when it's not in use. 11. Off-limit areas: Guests are prohibited from entering the crawl space, attic, closet by front door, the 2 outdoor sheds and the camper. 12. Guests departing past the scheduled in agreed-upon departure time will be charged additional fees. 13. Late Check Out: Guests departing past their scheduled departure time will be charged additional fees from their security deposit. 14. *Furry Friend Welcome! We love hosting one well-behaved and preapproved dog, but we ask that you help us keep everyone safe. Please keep your pup on a leash whenever they are outside, unless they are safely playing in the fenced backyard. If your dog goes to the bathroom in the front yard we ask that you use the provided doggie bags under the kitchen sink to clean up after your pet. You are completely responsible for your dog's behavior during your stay including any on or off premise incidents or damages. *If an unapproved pet is brought onto the property, the following is our policy but up to the discretion of the property manager dependent on a given situation: Immediate Departure: You will be asked to end your stay and leave the property right away. No Refund: You will not receive a refund for any unused nights of your stay. At a minimum, an unauthorized pet fee of $200 will be charged to your account. Cleaning Costs: You may also be charged an extra cleaning fee if the property requires deep cleaning. Flat Penalty Fee: An unauthorized pet fee of $200 will be charged to your account.
