1. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests. 2. Please be respectful of neighbors. 3. Cleanliness: Please help keep the home clean and tidy. 4. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 5. Maintenance: Please inform the host in the event that anything breaks or isn't functioning properly, and we will do our best to address it during your stay. 6. Safety: Lock doors and windows when leaving. 7. Parking in driveway and carport only. 8. Illegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited. 9. Fire Prevention: Do not smoke or use candles indoors, and be sure to turn off the stove, coffee maker, and toaster when it's not in use. 10. Off-limit areas: Guests are prohibited from entering the crawl space, attic, closet by front door, the 2 outdoor sheds and the camper. 11. Lawn care: Mowing is done weekly by a contractor and while we strive to have him mow on unreserved days, during peak demand he could show unannounced but is usually done in under an hour. 12. Furry Friend Welcome! We love hosting one well-behaved dog, but we ask that you help us keep everyone safe. Please keep your pup on a leash whenever they are outside, unless they are safely playing in the fenced backyard. If your dog goes to the bathroom in the front yard we ask that use the provided doggie bags to clean up after your loved pet. You are completely responsible for your dog's behavior during your stay—thank you for being mindful!
